All products sold by Axel's Emotional Foundations are digital downloads delivered electronically. Because digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final by default.

Exception — 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on the Body Signals Toolkit:

If you purchase The Body Signals Toolkit and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date at supernova.transformation@gmail.com. No explanation required. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

This guarantee applies to The Body Signals Toolkit only. Free downloads are not eligible for refund (they are free).

Program purchases (when available) are subject to a conditional guarantee described in the program terms at time of sale.

To request a refund: email supernovatransformation@gmail.com with your order number and the subject line "Refund Request." That is all that is required.
